Taking Professional Development to the Next Level
The EXCEL (Excellence and Collaboration in Educational Leadership) Project’s Leadership Academy prepares and inspires innovative and excellent instructional leaders to attain an even higher level of proficiency and distinction through a series of training opportunities, delivered to your community through videoconferencing and face-to-face classes. The Leadership Academy prepares educational leaders to apply evidence-based knowledge and research-based instructional strategies that positively impact student achievement and school improvement.
Learning Beyond Your Master of Education
The Project is committed to meeting the needs of working administrators by providing accessible, individualized learning opportunities. The EXCEL Leadership Academy workshops and seminars emphasize instructional leadership and change strategies, as well as incorporate the latest research and best practices. Program planning is completed in concert with building principals to determine relevant topics and provide participants with requested training. This training focuses on helping principals impact student achievement, school improvement and school culture.

Earn Credits for Certification
Active ASU graduate students may receive credit hours for seminars offered through the Leadership Academy.
