Tk20: Training
Student Training
Students receive Tk20 training through TEL 313, a required course usually completed during the first semester of a program. For additional assistance, students should refer to the documentation page for "cheat sheets" and online tutorials.
Faculty Training
Faculty training has been scheduled at each campus according to the schedule below.

Faculty members who cannot attend one of the above sessions, have the option to view an online video that describes the processes for creating, sending, and assessing signature assignments. This video is also useful as a refresher for those who have previously attended training.
Due to limited support staff, individualized training for faculty members is not an option. Attendance at one of the scheduled training events is strongly encouraged. For specific questions or problem resolution, please E-mail requests to tk20support@asu.edu.
